The Ministry of Public Utilities, Energy & Logistics, in collaboration with the Belize Port Authority, successfully hosted a two-day AI Leadership Workshop facilitated by Ms. Shanett Dean.
The workshop brought together 34 participants, including Hon. Michel Chebat, CEO Dr. Leroy Almendarez, and Ag. Ports Commissioner Kaylon Young, for two days of hands-on learning and strategic discussions.
By the end of the workshop, participants left equipped with practical AI skills, leadership insights, and strategies for ethical AI integration in government operations.
The Ministry remains committed to building digital capacity and fostering innovation in government to create smarter, more responsive public services.
